We think all of our customers are equal, and we do our best to treat them like that. Regardless of whether you bought it here or not, we will do our best to fix it as economically as possible.

To ensure that this happens, we will look at the problem and estimate how much it will cost to fix the problem. If the cost is significant, we will call you before we do anything, and ask you what you want to do. Additionally, you can give us a limit that you want to spend, and if the cost exceeds that, we will call you before we do anything. This prevents you from sinking any money into something that may not be worth fixing. In other words, if you only want to spend a little to get it running, or you want it back in really good condition, we will do it for you.

Additionally, you can tell us how deep you want us to go, or give us a spending limit. We will then stay within that limit to keep you from spending more than you want. For example, if you only want an oil change, we aren’t going to replace the belts. We will tell you if the mower needs it, but we will leave the decision to up to you.
